Returns and Refunds Policy  

Thank you for shopping Glamour® Body Fitness LLC.

Glamour® Body Fitness' goal is to provide you with the BEST products and services available, to get you the results you desire, as fast as possible. We know that can ONLY happen when you have all the right tools in your hands. 

So, once your order is placed, our team is kicking butt to get your order(s) to you, because the faster you get it, the faster your dreams can become a reality.

And because we don't want to stop their kick butt attitudes, we have made it our policy that orders CANNOT be changed or cancelled once they have been placed.

With that in mind, we want you to be happy so we have included a refunds policy in the event you change your mind. 

Please read this policy carefully. Below is the Return and Refund Policy of
Glamour® Body Fitness LLC.



GLAMOUR® BODY FITNESS SUPPLEMENT PRODUCT LINE ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Glamour® Body Fitness LLC, if necessary, provides a return policy for your product(s) within 30 days of the date your order was placed. If you decide that you do not want the product you ordered please complete the following steps:

1. Email: support@glamourbodyfitness.com, in the subject area of the email include your First Name, Last Name, & Request For Refund.

Example: Jane Doe, Request For Refund

In the body of the email include a list of the product(s) your requesting a refund for, reason for the return, and an attachment of your receipt (proof of purchase). 

Once we receive the email, we will notify you by email that we have received your request and you will be issued a Return Order Number. This is required in order to return your Glamour® Body Fitness product(s). Print the email including the Return Order Number and be sure to include it with the product(s) you are returning. The Return Order Number MUST be included in order for us to process your return. Any returns that do not include the Return Order Number Slip will not be processed , that includes multiple packages. If more than one package is being returned, include a copy in each individual package, meaning ALL packages MUST have a Return Order Number Slip included or a return will not be processed for the products missing the Return Order Number Slip. Refunds will ONLY be processed for products that are returned and include the Return Order Number Slip.

2. Return The Glamour® Body Fitness Product(s) For Which You Are Requesting A Refund:

Locate your nearest shipping facility (USPS, FedEx, UPS, ect.) and drop off your Glamour® Body Fitness product(s).  Send all products you would like to receive a refund for to:

*You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred for returning your product(s). We do not cover or reimburse shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Glamour® Body Fitness is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen, that have been shipped to the wrong address, or for replacing or refunding packages in any of these instances. Glamour® Body Fitness is not responsible for any package(s) once in the care of the postal provider (USPS, FedEx, UPS, or any other postal carrier). It is your responsibility, as the customer, to file a claim with the postal service provider.

Additionally, you are responsible for any costs and fees associated with reshipping orders that are returned to us for insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, ect. including domestic and international.

3. Your Refund Will Be Processed Once The Product(s) You Are Returning Have Been Received By Our Shipping Department.

Upon approval of your refund request, refunds will be made ONLY via the original payment form. As an additional note, it may require up to (2) billing cycles for your refund to appear on your statement.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS:

Glamour® Body Fitness wants you to be successful. For that to happen, Glamour® Body Fitness has to be invested in you, in your training, and in the time and resources required to create content that will help you achieve real results. 

Because Glamour® Body Fitness and YOU are 100% dedicated to the full completion of the program(s), otherwise you would not have purchased the program(s), there will be NO REFUNDS for any reason, even if you have paid-in-full up front, except for what is outlined in the Satisfaction Guarantee (see below).

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:

The foregoing notwithstanding, if you participate in the challenge for the entire duration of the selected challenge (the duration of the selected challenge term, example: HAAM challenge, you participated for the entire (4) weeks of the challenge), and at the end, you feel like you did not get the result you want, or that it did not help you, we will refund the entire amount you paid for the challenge.

Criteria For Refund Eligibility Under The Satisfaction Guarantee:

To be eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee you must actively participate in 95% of the accountability measuring tools (HAAM Challenge Daily Journal, Daily Workouts (Lifting and Cardio Journal), Daily Nutrition Log, Before and After Measurements and Photos, Weekly Participation in the exclusive HAAM Challenge Facebook Group, Weekly Participation in the Glamour Body Fitness Facebook Group, joined the Weekly Live with Laura to get support for questions, and provide documentation of the daily meditation practice). Contact support for further questions or to see if you qualify for the Satisfaction Guarantee.

You WILL NOT be eligible for a refund if you disengage from the program(s) or fail to follow as instructed.

APPAREL & ACCESSORIES RETURN POLICY:

Glamour® Body Fitness uses print-on-demand company, Printify. Returns or exchanges are not supported for ANY reason, whether you ordered the wrong size, color, or just do not like the product, or ANY other reason whatsoever. Each order is unique to you and produced per order. So, please take care and give due diligence to the ordering process before completing your purchase.
